A quiet place to grow
I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in who you actually are — not who you think you “should” be. My role is to offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, reflect, and better understand your inner world and your relationships. Together, we will explore patterns, emotions, and experiences with curiosity rather than criticism. Therapy isn’t about fixing you — it’s about helping you build clarity, resilience, and a deeper connection to yourself and others.
As a systemic therapist, I consider factors beyond what is presenting in the room, honoring my clients as both autonomous individuals and as members of larger systems. I support clients in making sense of their life stories and integrating the various parts of their identities so they can live in ways that feel more congruent and aligned.
Outside of sessions, I’m typically traveling back to Northern California to visit family, paddle boarding with my dog, Dakota, or camping in national parks. When the weather turns colder, I enjoy reading, skiing, and playing board games.
If you’re looking for a therapist who values both reflection and practical growth, I’d be glad to connect.
